Laudika is a former student of the university (previously the Polytechnic of Namibia) where he obtained the B-Tech in Land Management and Diploma in Land Use Planning. He previously worked as a Development Planner for the Otjozondjupa Regional Council, and as a Consultant at the Integrated Environmental Consultants Namibia (IECN). He graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Masters of Town and Regional Planning.
