Laudika is a former student of the university (previously the Polytechnic of Namibia) where he obtained the B-Tech in Land Management and Diploma in Land Use Planning. Before joining the NUST, he previously worked as a Development Planner for the Otjozondjupa Regional Council, and as a Consultant at the Integrated Environmental Consultants Namibia. He graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Masters of Town and Regional Planning, currently enrolled for the PhD at the same institution.
