Ndeshipanda earned her Bachelor with Honours at the Namibia University of Science and Technology and her Masters in Architectural Technology in from the Graduate School of Architecture at the University of Johannesburg. She Joined the Department of Architecture and Spatial Planning in 2019 as a Staff Developnment Fellow and is currently registered at NUST for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Spatial Sciences focusing on: Evincing incorporation of the informal economy’s resultant infrastructure into the formal urban spatial fabric: case of Windhoek.
