Biography: 

Phia received her qualifications in Architecture from the University of Pretoria. Between 2006 and 2011 she gained experience on diverse architectural commissions under various architectural practices in Namibia before establishing her own firm. She has been teaching in the Architecture Program since its inception in 2010 and joined the Department as a full-time lecturer in 2012.
