Architecture Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in Mexico City; a Master in Architecture from the Berlage Institute (now part of TU Delft); and a PhD in Architecture and Planning by the University of Cape Town (UCT)
Biography: 

Guillermo Delgado is an adjunct researcher at the Department of Land and Property Sciences (DLPS) and the coordinator of the Integrated Land Management Institute (ILMI). He coordinated the team that revised the national housing programme for the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development in Namibia, and currently leads the Urban Forum programme at NUST. He has lectured courses on housing, land administration, urban development, and research methods. Born in Mexico, he holds and Architecture Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in Mexico City; a Master in Architecture from the Berlage Institute (now part of TU Delft); and a PhD in Architecture and Planning by the University of Cape Town (UCT). His work takes place through research, design and cultural platforms; with a focus on issues of land rights, housing, urbanization, and co-productive spatial practices.
